I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 25 years and can confidently state I am a “nail care expert”! From 2002 to 2022, I owned and operated as a nail technician at Voila Salon & Spa in Saline, Michigan. I now reside in Surprise, Arizona. I have been recognized by industry magazines like Nails Magazine, NailPro, American Salon and TNG Magazine for my book, Shear Savvy Secrets and Strategies for Successful Salon Apprenticeships, my YouTube channel The Meticulous Manicurist Nail Tutorials and my patented invention The Ergo Lift. And have been written about in Fashion Magazine! 

I love my career; It has given me everything I love in this world, despite the struggles I have fought through with repetitive use injuries. I have sustained my career as a licensed professional nail technician for 25 years and counting, but I am concerned about other nail technicians and the burnout rate due to repetitive injuries. I was very fortunate to recover from an anterior discectomy and fusion. A necessary surgery to save my career and neck from repetitive use injuries of the cervical spine. And have been very conscientious of proper body position and posture to prevent additional injuries to my neck ever since.

Most inventions are developed out of necessity. I have finally developed a product for nail technicians that provides an optimal ergonomic environment to improve posture and help prevent repetitive use injuries!

A successful nail career begins with the philosophy of prevention and preservation. And our goal is to extend the longevity of every nail technician’s career! I don’t ever want a nail technician to have to quit her job because of repetitive injuries ever again.
